The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes topped the visiting Alief Elsik Rams basketball team by a final score of 75-60 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Hurricanes face the Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 16. Fort Bend Hightower will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 80-66 non-league win over Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX).

With the defeat, Alief Elsik drops to 5-9 on the season. The Rams host Tompkins (Katy, TX) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league outing on Friday, December 15. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 9-2. Tompkins won 74-35 in their recent non-league outing against Summer Creek (Houston, TX)
