Norwalk Truckers (Norwalk, OH) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Truckers confront the Mansfield Senior Tygers (Mansfield, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Norwalk will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Tygers enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Ashland (Ashland, OH).

The Pirates now possess a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Steele for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. Perkins will confront a Comets team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH). The Comets record now stands at 8-3.
