In Wednesday's league contest, the Washington Township Senators (Valparaiso, IN) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Merrillville Pirates (Merrillville, IN), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Senators battle the Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors (Hammond, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 4. Washington Township will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record.
