September 30, 2011: Laveen, AZ 85339 The Fairfax Stampede football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting South Mountain Jaguars to 7 in the Stampede league win on Friday.
The Stampede now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Kellis for a II Section I battle on Thursday, October 6. Fairfax will play a Cougars squad coming off a 51-9 league win over La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 3-3.
