Neoga Indians (Neoga, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), 53-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Neoga upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Marshall (Marshall, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Marshall won 55-8 in their recent non-league bout against Chrisman (Chrisman, IL)

Next up, the Raiders play the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats (Cowden, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 17. Central A & M will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
