Texas High School Basketball - Salado fells Lake Belton
November 21, 2023: Temple, TX 76502 Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX), 68-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Salado upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles host Burnet (Burnet, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-4.
Next up, the Broncos play the Madisonville Mustangs (Madisonville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Lake Belton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 44-34 non-league win over College Station (College Station, TX).
