In Saturday's non-league outing, the Center Hill Mustangs (Olive Branch, MS) volleyball squad tipped the host Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS), by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Center Hill upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN) to face the Stars in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 12. The Stars go into the outing with a record of 0-4. St. Agnes Academy lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Collierville (Collierville, TN)

The Tigers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Cormorant for a II Region 1 outing on Tuesday, September 15. Hernando will face a squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Clarksdale (Clarksdale, MS). The record now stands at 14-2.
