Oklahoma High School Basketball - Moore topped by Ponca City
January 25, 2013: Ponca City, OK 74601 The Ponca City Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Moore Lions to 31 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Tahlequah for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 26. Ponca City will meet a Tigers team coming off a 62-38 non-league win over Lawton (Lawton, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 9-7.
The Lions (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Lawton (Lawton, OK). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Lawton was defeated by Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK), 62-38, in a non-league contest.
