Land O'Lakes Gators (Land O'Lakes, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ridgewood Rams (New Port Richey, FL), 57-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Land O'Lakes upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Gators host Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL) to play the Mustangs in a 6A District 10 bout on Friday, January 20. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 14-3.

Next up, the Rams play the Wesley Chapel Wildcats (Wesley Chapel, FL) in a 5A District 8 bout, on Friday, January 13. Ridgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 15-2 record after their 43-39 league win over Pasco (Dade City, FL).
