Missouri High School Basketball - Hallsville knocked off by Eugene
December 12, 2023: Eugene, MO 65032 The Eugene Eagles basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Hallsville Indians to 65 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Elizabeth for a ShowMe contest on Friday, December 15. Eugene will meet a Hornets team coming off a 72-47 non-league win over Macks Creek (Macks Creek, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 3-4.
The Indians (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Harrisburg ran past Fayette (Fayette, MO), 83-32, in a league contest.
