In Friday's non-league outing, the Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) basketball squad nipped the visiting Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX), by a margin of 50-49.

The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Cameron Yoe (Cameron, TX). The Yoemen go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Cameron Yoe was tipped by Rockdale (Rockdale, TX), 53-41, in a non-league outing.
