Michigan High School Basketball - Rogers City ripped by Alpena
March 1, 2022: Alpena, MI 49707 The Alpena Wildcats basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Rogers City Hurons to 25 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tawas Area for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 3. Alpena will meet a Braves team coming off a 67-46 non-league loss to Hillman (Hillman, MI). The Braves record now stands at 11-6.
The Hurons (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI). The Chiefs enter the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Cheboygan was routed by Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI), 65-56, in a non-league contest.
