Florida High School Basketball - First Academy can't hold off Holy Trinity Episcopal
December 28, 2012: Melbourne, FL 32940 The Holy Trinity Episcopal Tigers basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting First Academy Royals to 78 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 2. Holy Trinity Episcopal will meet a Cobras team coming off a 52-51 non-league loss to Boca Raton (Boca Raton, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 2-7.
The Royals (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL). The Scots enter the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, St. Andrew's nudged North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL), 62-58, in a non-league contest.
