November 30, 2023: Hector, AR 72843 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Sacred Heart Rebels (Morrilton, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Hector Wildcats (Hector, AR), by a count of 53-19.
The Rebels (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Atkins (Atkins, AR). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Atkins smashed England (England, AR), 57-51, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Western Yell County for a 2A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, December 5. Hector will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 36-20 non-league win over Union Christian Academy (Fort Smith, AR). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-8.
