Washington High School Basketball - Clover Park falls to Franklin
December 27, 2012: Seattle, WA 98144 The Franklin Quakers basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Clover Park Warriors to 74 in the Quakers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Quakers now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Seattle for a 3A Metro contest on Friday, January 4. Franklin will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 53-45 non-league win over Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Capital (Olympia, WA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Capital lost by Centralia (Centralia, WA), 65-61, in a league contest.
