The More Sabers (Champaign, IL) basketball felled the host Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL), 55-47 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Sabers (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record.

The Vikings now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fisher for a Mid-State test on Monday, December 13. Tri-Valley will clash with a Bunnies squad coming off a 61-47 league win over Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL). The Bunnies record now stands at 3-5.
