The Kings Mountain Mountaineers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host North Gaston Wildcats to 19 in the Mountaineers league victory on Friday.

The Mountaineers now sport a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Crest for a 3A Conference 14 contest on Friday, January 14. Kings Mountain will meet a Chargers team coming off a 73-31 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 3-10.
