Arizona High School Basketball - Notre Dame Prep can't hold off Mountain Ridge

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Notre Dame Prep Saints to 51 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mountain Lions now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tolleson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 2. Mountain Ridge will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 67-61 non-league loss to Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.

The Saints (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Mohave was nudged by Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ), 56-42, in a non-league contest.
