The Sandburg Chiefs basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Lyons Lions to 62 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Chiefs now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornridge for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 20. Sandburg will confront a Falcons team coming off a 54-38 non-league loss to Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 0-15.
