The Edison Tigers basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Hoover Cardinals to 73 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.

The Tigers now sport a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to McClymonds for a non-league contest on Monday, December 29. Edison will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 71-29 non-league win over Central (Fresno, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 9-0.

Next up, the Cardinals encounter the Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 30. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 65-50 non-league loss to McClymonds (Oakland, CA).
