Oklahoma High School Basketball - Santa Fe victorious over Putnam City
January 14, 2011: Edmond, OK 73013 The Santa Fe Wolves basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Putnam City Pirates to 56 in the Wolves league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Yukon for a Metro contest on Tuesday, January 18. Santa Fe will meet a Millers team coming off a 45-38 league loss to Choctaw (Choctaw, OK). The Millers record now stands at 7-6.
The Pirates (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK). The Patriots enter the Metro contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Putnam City West ran past Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK), 58-52, in a league contest.
