Minnesota High School Basketball - Spring Lake Park thwarts Farmington
January 8, 2011: Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 The Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN) basketball felled the visiting Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN), 77-64 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN). The Eagles go into the North Suburban test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Totino-Grace defeated Fridley (Fridley, MN), 76-54, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Prescott for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 11. Farmington will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 62-51 non-league win over Christ's Household of Faith (St. Paul, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-4.
