The Gavit Gladiators basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting River Forest Ingots to 42 in the Gladiators non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gladiators now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clark for a Great Lakes contest on Friday, February 18. Gavit will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Edison (Lake Station, IN). The Pioneers record now stands at 10-7.

The Ingots (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Senators enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record.
