California High School Basketball - St. Gregory College Prep ripped by Westview
December 27, 2010: San Diego, CA 92129 The Westview Wolverines basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting St. Gregory College Prep Hawks to 40 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wolverines now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coronado for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 28. Westview will meet a Cougars team coming off a 69-52 non-league win over Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-3.
The Hawks (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Immaculate Heart (Tucson, AZ). The Knights enter the 1A South contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Immaculate Heart was routed by St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ), 68-43, in a league contest.
