The Paint Branch Panthers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Long Reach Lightning to 52 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to McDonogh for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 29.

The Lightning (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Glenelg (Glenelg, MD). The Gladiators come into the Howard County contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Glenelg was defeated by Dunbar (Baltimore, MD), 60-50, in a non-league match.
