The Nevada Union Miners basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Placer Hillmen to 53 in the Miners non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Miners now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ponderosa for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 6.
