The Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX), 52-50 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Clear Springs (League City, TX). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Clear Springs was tipped by Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX), 65-54, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sterling for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 7. Fort Bend Willowridge will clash with a Rangers squad coming off a 56-54 non-league loss to Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 1-4.
