New York High School Football - Mohonasen victorious over Queensbury
September 11, 2010: Queensbury, NY 12804 The Mohonasen Warriors (Rotterdam, NY) football overcame the host Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY), 48-19 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Bishop Maginn Griffins (Albany, NY) in a Section 2 A - Southeast bout, on Thursday, September 16. Mohonasen will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Griffins enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 46-31 non-league loss to Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY).
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY). The Spartans enter the Section 2 A - Northwest bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake thwarted Averill Park (Averill Park, NY), 42-0, in a non-league bout.
