September 25, 2010: Cincinnati, OH 45205 The Elder Panthers football team (Cincinnati, OH), was knocked off 20-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH)
The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Benedictine (Cleveland, OH). The Bengals come into the Freelance challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Benedictine was knocked off by Cleveland Central Catholic (Cleveland, OH), 18-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Xavier for a Greater Catholic - South challenge on Friday, October 1. Elder will meet a Bombers team coming off a 17-7 league loss to Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH). The Bombers record now stands at 3-2.
