The Freedom Patriots basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings to 35 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 29-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickory Ridge for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 4. Freedom will meet a Ragin' Bulls team coming off a 51-44 non-league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Ragin' Bulls record now stands at 30-0.
