The West Hempstead Rams (West Hempstead, NY) football defeated the visiting Locust Valley Falcons (Locust Valley, NY), 42-14 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Rams face the Roosevelt Roughriders (Roosevelt, NY) in a Section 8 Conference IV bout, on Saturday, October 26. West Hempstead will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Roughriders enter the bout with a 6-0 record after their 41-7 league win over Island Trees (Levittown, NY).
