The Lincoln Lions football squad scored 29 points and limited the host Narragansett Mariners to 26 in the Lions league win on Saturday.

The Lions now possess a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Burrillville for a Division III battle on Friday, November 1. Lincoln will play a Broncos squad coming off a 42-13 league win over Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Broncos record now stands at 5-3.

Coming up next, the Mariners play the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a Division III battle, on Saturday, November 2. Narragansett will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Islanders go into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 31-7 league loss to Moses Brown (Providence, RI).
