The Mountain Island Charter Raptor lacrosse squad (Mt. Holly, NC), was overwhelmed 20-3 in Monday's league contest with the host Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC)

Coming up next, the Knights confront the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont contest, on Thursday, March 17. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 7-6 league win over Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC).

The Raptor now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Iredell for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 16. Mountain Island Charter will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.
