Arizona High School Basketball - Alchesay knocked off by Chinle
January 11, 2018: Chinle, AZ 86503 The Chinle Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Alchesay Falcons to 57 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tuba City for a 3A North contest on Friday, January 12. Chinle will battle a Warriors team coming off a 62-12 non-league win over Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.
The Falcons (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Many Farms (Many Farms, AZ). The Lobos enter the 2A North contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Many Farms ran past Pinon (Pinon, AZ), 42-39, in a league contest.
