January 25, 2018: Canton, KS 67428 The Canton-Galva Eagles (Canton, KS) basketball nipped the visiting Anthony-Harper-Chaparral Roadrunners (Anthony, KS), 37-33 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Clearwater (Clearwater, KS). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 1-10 record.
The Roadrunners now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they host Conway Springs for a Central Plains test on Tuesday, January 30. Anthony-Harper-Chaparral will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 44-34 non-league win over Andale (Andale, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-3.
