The Southwest Virginia Home School Conquerors basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Blue Ridge Christian Bears to 35 in the Conquerors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Conquerors now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynchburg HomeSchool for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Southwest Virginia Home School will battle a Patriots team coming off a 26-20 non-league loss to Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-10.
The Bears (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Stuart Hall (Staunton, VA). The Dragons enter the Virginia Christian contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Stuart Hall nudged United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA), 58-18, in a league contest.
