January 15, 2018: Palatine, IL 60067 The Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL), 51-44 in Monday's non-league test.
The Vikings (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Hawks go into the Mid-Suburban - West test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Hoffman Estates got by Addison Trail (Addison, IL), 56-44, in a non-league test.
The Bengals now own a 17-5 record. They play next when they host Plainfield North for a SouthWest Prairie test on Friday, January 19. Plainfield East will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 48-24 non-league win over Brooks (Chicago, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 13-9.
