The Parkside Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Riverdale Baptist Crusader to 45 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grace Brethren Christian for a non-league contest on Monday, December 17.

The Crusader (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, St. Mary's Ryken ran past Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA), 60-57, in a non-league contest.
