Montana High School Basketball - Harlowton/Ryegate can't hold off Saco/Whitewater
March 13, 2014: Saco, MT The Saco/Whitewater Panthers basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Harlowton/Ryegate Engineers to 37 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belt for a non-league contest on Friday, March 14. Saco/Whitewater will battle a Huskies team coming off a 41-30 non-league win over Gardiner (Gardiner, MT). The Huskies record now stands at 1-2.
The Engineers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Gardiner (Gardiner, MT). The Bruins come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Gardiner was nudged by Belt (Belt, MT), 41-30, in a non-league contest.
