Colorado High School Volleyball - Bayfield can't hold off St. Mary's
October 25, 2008: Bayfield, CO 81122 The Bayfield Wolverines volleyball team (Bayfield, CO), was edged 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO)
The Pirates (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Buena Vista (Buena Vista, CO). The Demons come into the non-league challenge with a 14-8 record. In their last challenge, Buena Vista was edged by Colorado Springs Christian (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines encounter the Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 1. Bayfield will attempt to move on its 20-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Weld Central (Keenesburg, CO).
