The Centennial Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Chisago Lakes Area Wildcats to 41 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glencoe-Silver Lake for a non-league contest on Sunday, December 28. Centennial will battle a Panthers team coming off a 69-58 non-league loss to Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 5-2.

The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
