Indiana High School Basketball - Pioneer knocked off by Tri-County

The Tri-County Cavaliers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Pioneer Panthers to 55 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caston for a non-league contest on Friday, March 6. Tri-County will battle a Comets team coming off a 41-39 non-league win over West Central (Francesville, IN). The Comets record now stands at 12-12.

The Panthers (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against South Newton (Kentland, IN). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 15-8 record. In their last contest, South Newton ran past North White (Monon, IN), 52-43, in a non-league contest.
