The Bulldogs (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR). The Eagles enter the 3A West Valley challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Santiam Christian defeated Sheridan/Sheridan Japanese (Sheridan, OR), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Vikings meet the Pilot Rock Rockets (Pilot Rock, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Umatilla will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Rockets enter the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Weston-McEwen (Athena, OR).
