September 8, 2015: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 The Wheat Ridge Farmers softball team scored 22 runs and limited the visiting Evergreen Cougars to 0 in the Farmers league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Wheat Ridge moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Farmers host Grandview (Aurora, CO) to play the Wolves in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 9. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 1-1. Grandview won 13-2 in their recent non-league game against Castle View (Castle Rock, CO)
In their next game, the Cougars play the Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO) in a game, on Tuesday, September 15. Evergreen will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
