The Tri-Village Patriots basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Covington Buccs to 38 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel for a Cross County contest on Friday, February 10. Tri-Village will meet a Bees team coming off a 77-63 non-league loss to Northmont (Clayton, OH). The Bees record now stands at 16-3.

The Buccs (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Dixie (New Lebanon, OH). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Dixie was routed by Carlisle (Carlisle, OH), 70-55, in a league contest.
