The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) basketball nipped the host East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 62-57 in Friday's league test.

The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their test against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Wonders go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, A.L. Brown was tipped by Davie (Mocksville, NC), 77-60, in a non-league test.
