The Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL), 66-37 in Thursday's league test.

The Volunteers (18-3) will now prepare for their test against Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Benjamin Russell was trounced by Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL), 55-38, in a non-league test.
