Georgia High School Basketball - Chattahoochee overwhelmed by Mountain View
December 10, 2016: Alpharetta, GA 30022 The Mountain View Bears basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Chattahoochee Cougars to 40 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bears now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collins Hill for a AAAAAAA Region 6 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Mountain View will battle a Eagles team coming off a 74-62 non-league win over Heritage (Conyers, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.
The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Gladiators come into the AAAAAA Region 7 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Johns Creek was routed by Lambert (Suwanee, GA), 72-60, in a non-league contest.
