The Marshall Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Edgewood Lions to 25 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendora for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Marshall will battle a Tartans team coming off a 53-51 non-league win over Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 7-1.

The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record.
