The Forest Bearcats football team (Forest, MS), was ripped 35-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Union Yellowjackets (Union, MS)

The Yellowjackets (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkdale (Meridian, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Clarkdale trounced Enterprise (Enterprise, MS), 16-13, in a league challenge.

The Bearcats now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morton for a 3A Region 5 challenge on Friday, October 21. Forest will meet a Panthers team coming off a 41-0 league win over Southeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 5-3.
